Northshore Park

This park project, built for the City of Miami Beach, is completely new and encompasses one entire city block. When completed it will provide two new baseball fields, 10 new state-of-the-art, hydrogrid tennis courts, plus two hard-surface tennis courts. In addition, a two-story youth center, complete with a multipurpose room including a stage, classroom learning facilities, arts and recreational facilities, and a 10,000 sq. ft. plus gymnasium facility will be built. The project also includes a tennis pro shop facility and other ancillary features to support the park and youth center.
