Dyer Boulevard Park

Dyer Boulevard Park

West Palm Beach, FL

The Dyer Boulevard Regional Park is one of the most ambitious restoration plans for a closed landfill in the State of Florida and is a cornerstone for projects of this kind. The park covers a 440-acre site and included the construction of baseball/ softball fields, multiple soccer fields, children’s recreation center, mountain bike trails, FDOT highway bridge with work on the Right-0f-Way including turn lanes and traffic control, horse paddock, sports lighting, press box, restroom facilities, maintenance facilities and infrastructure development. In order to achieve this end result, COLLAGE moved approximately 175,000 cubic yards of dirt required to bring this site to grade. Working around an existing landfill, COLLAGE became sensitive to the environmental issues working around exhaust systems and methane gas. COLLAGE built a DOT highway bridge for this project.
