This is a design/build project. Formerly Southbend Community Park, this project is a new 20-acre community park on a greenfield site. The primary features of the Jessica Clinton Community Park park are: 325 foot baseball field, soccer/ football field, practice field, restroom/ concession building, basketball court, tennis court, fitness trail and related sitework. The park is being designed to include the follow future amenities: 225-foot softball field, memorial garden, maintenance building, tennis court, bocce ball, press box, and additional parking.
