The Collage Companies – Teen Challenge Project Nominated for Two Awards
The Adult & Teen Challenge center located in Sanford, Florida provides Christian faith-based, residential care to young people and adults who struggle with life-controlling problems.
The Collage Companies provided general contracting services for Teen Challenge. The project included demolition of two existing dormitory buildings as well as a phased demolition of the administration building and the construction of a new dormitory of approximately 5000 sq. ft. and a new administration building of approximately 5000 sq. ft. Scope of work also included related site work for both buildings as well as the site preparation for a third building which would be a duplicate of the dormitory building with some modifications to include one large meeting space.
The Collage Companies Teen Challenge project was nominated for an Orlando Business Journal Structure Award and for an Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award.
