After 35 years, The Collage Companies has established itself as part of the foundation and fabric of the central Florida community living out the very same core values of its mission statement that was established in 1982. That mission was to build projects that make a difference by helping clients achieve their objectives and by giving back, in a myriad of ways, to the places in which they live, work, worship and play.

The Collage Companies is an integrated services firm headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida with capabilities and expertise in Design Build, Construction Management, and General Contracting.  Collage pursues community–centric projects with an emphasis on green buildings in the religious, transportation, hospitality, education, government, parks and recreation sectors. Collage has completed hallmark projects for Lynx, Amtrak, Marriott and many major universities and municipalities throughout the southeast.

Although working throughout the southeast, Collage considers itself part of a select group of established local construction firms that are committed to building long lasting relationships while building buildings. Collage’s extensive list of award-winning projects resulting from a foundation of repeat-clients and strong personal referrals has led to 35 years of client satisfaction.

Rob Maphis, a longtime leader in the construction industry, is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Collage Companies, comments, “I am very proud to be part of Collage, a company with 35 years of success centered around an easily-supported mission and unique approach to the building market.  Our team offers a history of high-quality building services that go beyond the structure itself, with decades of proven commitment to our clients, industry partners, and the community at large. We have big plans to bring more value to our team and benefits to the communities in which we live and work.”

Collage remains a leader in promoting energy savings and environmentally sustainable facilities. Collage has aligned with First GREEN bank, a mission-minded, values based bank. Collage has constructed several of the new LEED branch banks as well as one net-zero project. Currently they are working on the new downtown headquarters, which will seek LEED Platinum certification. Collage’s strong outwardly focus and solid leadership has led to steady growth, increased revenues and profitability. Collage transportation division has completed six projects for Amtrak, a new SunRail Parking Garage for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as well as having two airport renovation projects underway and was recently selected for FDOT’s Regional Transportation Management Center.  Collage continues to grow strong as it remains steady in its mission.  “We made a decision early to pursue projects and initiatives that will have appositive impact on the communities in which we live long after the design and construction process are complete. We have always been about bottom-line purpose as much as bottom-line profit.”

Over the last 35 years, Collage has given millions of dollars of savings and support to projects and causes that inspire them. In celebration of their milestone 35th year and as a part of their continued pledge to the community, the company is hosting a private event on November 30th called: “Party with a Purpose.”  It’s not only an evening of gratitude, but also one of new commitment to giving back.   During the event, the company will present a $35,000 check to Shepherd’s Hope, a faith-based organization of volunteers providing access to healthcare for the uninsured in Orange and Seminole counties.  This inaugural event will contribute through Bring Change Ministries, a not-for-profit corporation, founded by Collage to raise funds for community organizations and social causes.
