First GREEN Bank Ormond Beach wins Orlando Business Journal Structures Award!
Orlando Business Journal’s 2016 Structures Awards were given for projects that stand out, either by the size, complexity, and/or impact on economic development, the community or the region. First GREEN Bank, Ormond Beach received Top Green Project.
The Collage Companies renovated the first floor and exterior of the 11,000 square foot building while First GREEN Bank continued to operate. Renovations included demolishing and reconstructing a new roof that exceeds EnergyStar requirements, installing programmable thermostats, new installation, new windows and storefront systems, new LED lighting systems and more.
