The Collage Companies’ Brian Walsh Receives the Design-Build Industry’s Highest Distinction

The Design Build Institute of America has named Brian A. Walsh as one of 20 nationally recognized industry leaders chosen as part of the 2018 inaugural DBIA College of Fellows.  Designated Design-Build Professional Fellow status is the highest level of DBIA Certification and acknowledges the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished design-build professionals. The elevation to the DBIA College of Fellow status celebrates individual career achievements and promotion of design-build and DBIA best practices and principles. DBIA Fellow status is limited to just 2% of all DBIA Designated Professionals. The election to Fellow status is completed by a jury of peers on a national basis and eligibility follows a rigid set of requirements including:

* A minimum of ten continuous years as a Designated Design-Build Professional
* Notable career contributions to the design-build profession
* Notable contributions to the DBIA organization
* Election of a Jury of Fellows

The Collage Companies’ Brian Walsh Receives the Design-Build Industry’s Highest Distinction – Brian A. Walsh, FDBIA, LEED AP BD+C, is President and CEO of The Collage Companies, an award-winning integrated services firm headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida. Mr. Walsh, who founded Collage in 1982, holds a Bachelor in Architecture degree from The University of Miami and is a Certified General Contractor licensed in Florida and Virginia as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. He has successfully led Collage’s operations and growth as a recognized leader in the construction industry. He was selected as a charter member of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) Designated Professionals in 2003 and has served as President of the DBIA Florida Region and the DBIA National Board of Directors. Additionally, Walsh has served as an arbitrator and as part of a panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. He currently sits on several local and national boards and continues to contribute to humanitarian and religious charities. View Press Release
