Governor Scott Appoints Five to Construction Industry Licensing Board

The Construction Industry Licensing Board is responsible for licensing and regulating the construction industry. The board meets regularly to consider applications for licensure, to review disciplinary cases, and to conduct informal hearings relating to licensure and discipline. The board engages in rule making to implement the provisions set forth in its statutes and conducts other general business, as necessary.  On February 22, 2018  Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointment of one and the appointment of four to the Construction Industry Licensing Board.  Rob Maphis, Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at the Collage Companies, was appointed to a second term on the board.
