Gale Industries

This was a design/build project. Bentley Architects & Engineers provided the design services for COLLAGE. This project included the design and construction of a new office, warehouse and distribution facility for Gale Industries a national leader in the insulation industry. The project was designed using a pre-engineered steel structure with a standing seam metal roof deck. The office portion included concrete block exterior walls with and EIFS system and aluminum storefront. The dock-high distribution center provides locations for 14 tractor-trailers. The high-bay structure provides for a tremendous amount of warehouse storage of the many different types of insulation products distributed by the client. Prior to construction, COLLAGE provided the on-site relocation of a number of Gopher Tortoise that were discovered during the environmental assessment of the site.
