The Collage Companies was awarded the construction of the Calypso Cay Vacation Club as the third consecutive contract with Epoch Properties in the development of the multi-phased resort community, Calypso Cay Resort, located near the Disney corridor in Kissimmee, Florida. This phase of work included the construction of a 60,000 square foot, 50 unit, multi-story “high-end” time-share complex. Constructed adjacent to two multi-story hotels earlier completed by Collage, this development boasts the tropical feel of the islands utilizing an abundance of tiled floors, bead board wainscot, verandas and a generous amount of lush landscaping. The entire Calypso Cay Resort is situated around a “zero-entry” pool with an 18-hole miniature golf course.
