Seminole County Juvenile Justice Cener – This design/build project included 11,500 sq. ft. of renovations and an additional of 21,129 sq. ft. of new construction to the existing structure. The building consists of holding cell areas, three courtrooms, three judicial suites and complete sitework. The Center is located in Sanford near the new Seminole County Justice Center. The courtrooms are equipped to videotape all proceedings and extract transcripts from the recordings.
