LYNX

Orlando, FL

This 24-acre multi-use facility, located at the corner of John Young Parkway and Princeton Street in Orlando, consists of six buildings, 14 acres of Bus Parking and is designed to facilitate all maintenance and fueling for the LYNX Fleet while also providing administrative support. The 119,400sq. ft. maintenance and administrative buildings include a workout room, shower facilities and a “quiet room” for employees to sit and relax before their shift. The facility has a separate bus-washing building, which houses two bays and will accommodate 200-250 parked buses on the property and still have 227 spaces available for employee cars on a separate lot. The facility was built utilizing several construction techniques including Split Faced Masonry, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Tilt-Up Construction. A complex underground infrastructure serves this, and adjacent facilities.
