Collage completed the FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) parking garage that serves the Kissimmee Intermodal Transportation Center. This four story, 160,000 SF, 400-car facility provides parking for transit riders of SunRail commuter trains and Lynx buses, patrons of Amtrak and Greyhound, and visitors to the Kissimmee Civic Center and Kissimmee Lakefront Park. Located on a very tight site, underneath power lines and adjacent to an active railroad corridor and the Kissimmee Civic Center, this safety-critical project required detailed coordination and strategic phasing.
