ALOFT BY MARRIOTT, LAKE BUENA VISTA HOTEL
The Aloft by Marriott in Lake Buena Vista is a 142-room hotel located on Palm Parkway near Walt Disney World. This six-story hotel was announced in 2017 and began construction in early January for an estimated 2020 opening. According to Mount Dora-based Southern Hospitality Management Development, the Aloft at Lake Buena Vista is tech-forward with a modern style that will appeal to all class of travelers ranging from business to pleasure. This will be one of the newest hotel prototypes since the Marriott/Starwoods merger and will join over 130 hotels across 20 countries and five continents. The hotel will feature several common areas such as WXYZ bar, where guests and locals alike can mingle and relax together, in a high-energy, high-tech atmosphere. Aloft by Marriott in Lake Buena Vista will also feature amenities like free Wi-Fi, grab-and-go meals, mini-fridges and large televisions.
